TURNING

In this episode, Geoff will be teaching another skateboarding fundamental - how to turn.

We'd like to say a big thank you to ATBShop Skate Warehouse for letting us film in their park and Geoff from Rubicon for his time and expertise.

Take a wide stance.

Leaning towards your toes or your heels will determine the direction the skateboard moves.

Great for when you are moving fast and/or have a lot of space.

Apply weight to your back foot to release some weight from your front foot.

Use your shoulders to pivot the skateboard side to side.

Great for quick turns and when you don't have much space.
