HOW TO FRONTSIDE 180 OLLIE
DEFINITIONS:
WHAT IS FRONTSIDE?
In the Frontside 180 Ollie the term ‘frontside’ describes the direction you will spin, and means turning the front of your body around to the other direction.
WHAT IS AN OLLIE?
The ‘Ollie’ is about getting the skateboard into the air, and if you don’t know what one is, you should learn it first - How To Ollie.
how to Frontside 180 ollie
Place your back foot on the tail and sit your front foot just before the bolts slightly favouring the toe edge.
Pop the Ollie.
Using your hips, chest, shoulders and head - swing everything around to help with momentum for the 180 degree spin.
Land with wide feet and bent knees.
Don't feel disheartened if you are only reaching 45/90 degrees, keep practising and you'll get there.
NOW GO PRACTISE!
We hope you enjoyed this Enuff Academy, now get skating!
